Enroll this device
Run one-time setup so this device can store and serve your school data.

Enter Admin Mode
Admin Mode is required to create or edit records and approve overrides.

Add Students → Create Sections
Register students, then define grade/section options for clean data entry.

Scan and monitor attendance
Use the offline Scan Station for daily events, then review Attendance sheets and Monthly Attendance online.
Students
Add students, review details, and print QR codes.
Sections
Create grade sections used by Students and Attendance sheets.
Attendance
Generate daily sheets, view monthly summaries, and apply overrides (Admin Mode).
Admins
Create admins and use approval IDs to authorize edits and overrides.
Tips
Editing: Creating students, sections, admins, and overrides requires Admin Mode.
Routine: Use the offline Scan Station daily, then use Attendance to review sheets and monthly summaries online.
Consistency: Define Sections first so Students and Attendance filters stay clean.
